Jamie Knapp Owner
I have 30 plus years of experience in the construction industry. I lived most of my life in Minnesota and have traveled the country helping people recover from a variety of weather events. I enjoy spending my time with family and friends on the water and in the sun.
Aaron Pederson Owner
I have been in the industry for over 15 years. My family and I have lived in Alexandria since 2014. I enjoy golfing, the lakes and spending time with family and friends.
Zack Knapp Regional Sales Director - Twin Cities
I was born in the Twin Cities, raised in Zimmerman and still reside in Sherburne County. I've been in the restoration industry for a little under 9 years now and have helped 100's of homeowners around the Twin Cities. I like to go snowboarding, mountain biking, and travel as much as I can.
Jeremy Anderson Executive Administrator
I grew up in the Northern Suburbs of the Twin Cities raising peregrine falcons with my father. This instilled a love for the natural world and animals of all shapes and sizes. I've lived near the Twin Cities most of my life, but also Alexandria and northern Minnesota. Currently I have a great interest in Aviation. In 2022 I began piloting a powered paraglider and have been loving it in my free time. I also enjoy snowboarding. I look forward to working with you to help make the restoration of your home as smooth as possible. Cheers!
Brandt Baldry Senior Project Manager
I have been in the industry for over 5 years on the construction side and another 10 plus as an adjuster. I was raised on a grain farm in west central Minnesota and continue to assist the family farm during busy times. I am a South Dakota State University graduate and served over 20 years in the Minnesota Army National Guard. I enjoy hunting, golf, and most outdoor activities. My wife Emily and I reside in Alexandria, MN where we keep busy with their 4 children.

Eric Jaspersen Project Manager
I have 4 years of experience in the industry and have lived in Alexandria since 2002. I am an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing and hunting with my girlfriend and two black labs. I competitive ice fish in the winter and do some summer tournaments as well.
Mike Krzesowiak Project Manager
I grew up in Elk River, MN and now live in Columbia Heights with my wife and kids. I have always liked construction, I have an Architecture Degree from the University of Minnesota and have been in the construction industry since 2013, predominantly as a carpenter. I enjoy being a dad, taking trips to the North Shore, snow removal, and learning new things - mostly about residential building science, real estate, and design.
Colin Lea Project Manager
I have been in the roofing industry for 2 years and home remodeling for 7. I grew up in the Elk River area and can be found doing some type of outdoor activity from coaching Baseball to golf and hunting. I love traveling, seeing new places and experiencing new things and this has led me to 46/50 US states.
Nikki Radermacher Social Media Manager
I was born and raised here in Alexandria. I worked as an EMT in Glenwood, MN for the past two years and am now a first responder/firefighter for Forada. In my spare time I enjoy golfing, learning to fly a Cessna, and spending time with my family.

I have 10+ years in the construction world. Born in Wheaton, MN, I have lived in the lakes area for the past 35 years. I have a passion for the outdoors and love spending time with family and friends. I currently live west of Alexandria with my significant other Merrisa, four boys and two labs.

Sharon Soby Multi Family Account Manager
I have been in the construction arena for 20 years. I hold a commercial drone license, real estate, and P&C insurance license. For more than 10 years I have been a property manager for up to 14 homeowners' associations at one time. In my time off I enjoy my two adult children, reading and traveling.
