We had roof, gutters, garage doors, and siding work done by Clear Point. Jessica (Project Manager) was great to work with! Very professional, friendly, and excellent attention to detail. We ran into some unexpected problems once work began (removal of siding revealed hidden damage to window frames) and she was very good about checking in and providing updates and options to resolve the issues. She also ensured that we were happy with the outcome when the project was complete by checking in to correct any small items we noted. The work crew was outstanding, completing the job despite the weather, making sure everything was done correctly. The crew checked in with us to verify that they were doing things as we preferred, which was very much appreciated. The end result is that our house and garage now looks brand new, and we could not be more pleased.

We definitely recommend Clear Point Construction for any damage to your home. We had 2 different insurance claims within a week. The first was fire damage to our siding, and the second was hail damage to the roof. Jessica Forsythe was the sales rep that we worked with and she was a joy. We contracted with Clear Point Construction to repair the exterior of our home after it endured damage from a storm. Work performed was 1) complete replacement of roof 2) complete replacement of vinyl siding 3) complete replacement of double and single car overhead garage doors 4) complete replacement of two extra-large and two medium window units 5) complete replacement of aluminum rain gutters, downspouts, and extensions and 6) partial replacement of aluminum fascia. This was a large project and I couldn't be happier with Clear Point Construction. This runs the full gamut from the extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable staff, the large selection of quality products to meet most budgets, the staff working directly with the adjuster, the staff working directly with our insurance claims point person, the crews were hard working and meticulous, the materials and dumpsters arriving just ahead of the work being started and picked up as soon as the work was complete. Throughout the various phases of the project, I was kept very informed, asked on multiple occasions if we were happy, and any small items that needed attention were addressed very promptly and courteously. Our home looks amazing!!! We highly recommend Jamie Knapp and all of his staff at Clear Point Construction as we are extremely confident that they will meet your needs. I met Jessica Forsythe when she was inspecting our neighbors roof for storm damage. I asked her if she would mind taking a look at our roof and that's how she became our project manager. Jessica is knowledgeable, personable and readily available by email or phone. She made all the contacts with the insurance company, scheduled the times with the adjusters and met them at our home when the time came. When Jessica didnt have the answers to our questions she made an effort to find those answers and reported back to us. Jessica kept us up-to-date on all aspects of the project and we were extremely satisfied with! the work that was done. I referred Jessica to four different families and they all used her or are in the process of using her companys services. I loved that the dumpster for the roofing project arrived on the day the work was done and was gone when the roof was completed at the end of the day. No wondering when the dumpster was going to be picked up. Jessica is pleasant, easy to work with and we will miss having frequent communication with her. I happened across Clear Point while walking my dog in our neighborhood. A crew was just finishing up a roof and meticulously combing the yard for stray nails, which is why I contacted them and not some other company. We needed a new roof, and I wanted a company that cared about cleaning up after themselves as much as they do about the job itself. The representative from Clear Point that came out to assess our roof damage from a previous hail storm, John Smolnik, was courteous and extremely thorough with his estimate and helped with all of the insurance paperwork, etc. Best of all, he did not come across as a pushy sales person as most contractors do. The over-sized garage of the home we bought had never been shingled to match the house by the previous homeowner. The roof over our 4-season sunporch and deck also needed re-roofing as they also had not been reshingled to match the house. Clearpoint was not the lowest bid. We have learned, over many decades of owning properties, that the price of cheap is aggravation. Clearpoint, was amazing! They showed up early, the crew was professional and personable, the clean-up was flawless, and everything matches perfectly! Our home looks amazing. Clear point replaced our shingles and installed new aluminum soffit on our home. They were fast, reliable, professional and thorough. They cleaned up everything afterwards including the old nails in the grass. No problems at all. Highly recommend them. They also reshingled my sons house in Glenwood.
